What this site sells
The service gives access, for a fixed period, to television streams and a video library supplied by third parties, together with the help needed to set them up.
No hardware is sold. Customers use their own devices and their own internet connection.
Access is personal. Sharing credentials with other people closes the line without refund.
Ordering and payment
The order starts on the site and is completed on WhatsApp, Telegram, or through the payment link provided. Displayed prices are in euros, all taxes included.
Payment is made once, at the order. No automatic subscription is set up and no payment method is stored.
The order is firm once payment has been received and confirmed in writing.
Activating the line
Credentials are sent on the channel used to order, normally within thirty minutes of payment being received, and within 24 hours at the latest.
Setting up the first device is done together with support, which stays available until the picture is stable.
Withdrawal and refunds
Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal ends when the line is activated, in line with EU consumer law on digital content.
Separately from that: if the service is still unusable after the server and the line have both been replaced, a full refund is given on request within 48 hours of activation.
No refund is due for an insufficient internet connection, incompatible hardware, or shared credentials.
Personal data
The information collected is what customers type themselves: name, phone number, optional email address and a free-text note. It is used only to prepare the line, follow it up and answer questions.
It is kept on a server inside the European Union, is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing, and is erased on request to support@qhdtvpremium.com.
Site traffic is measured by an in-house tool: page views, country, device type and referring site. No IP address is stored and no external analytics service is used.
One cookie is set, named qhd_sid. It holds a random identifier, keeps the same visitor from being counted twice, and expires after 180 days. Deleting it does not prevent using the site.
Liability and broadcasting rights
The streams come from third-party suppliers. Making sure you are allowed to access them in the country where you live is your responsibility.
The operator cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by the customer's own network or hardware, or by outages at upstream suppliers.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints go to support@qhdtvpremium.com and are answered within five working days.
Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts at the operator's registered office.
