Data collected on the site
The information customers type themselves when ordering: name, phone number, optional email address and a free-text note.
Site traffic is measured by an in-house tool: page views, country, device type and referring site. No IP address is stored and no external analytics service is used.
One cookie is set, named qhd_sid. It holds a random identifier, keeps the same visitor from being counted twice, and expires after 180 days. Deleting it does not prevent using the site.
Data collected through the “content lab” app
When the user authorises the app through the OAuth login of a third-party platform (such as TikTok), the platform sends an access token and the account's public username.
The token is used only to publish the tutorial videos the user selects and to read basic account information. The content published is what the user chose.
The token is stored on a server inside the European Union, encrypted, and never shared with third parties.

Preparing the line, following up orders and answering questions.
Publishing tutorial videos on social networks only at the explicit, manual request of the authorised user, never automatically.
Measuring site traffic without identifying visitors.
Retention and your rights
Order data is kept for as long as needed to run the service, then erased on request to supportdesk@qhdtvpremium.com.
The access token for a third-party platform can be revoked at any time, from that platform or by writing to supportdesk@qhdtvpremium.com.
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, in line with the GDPR, by writing to supportdesk@qhdtvpremium.com.
Sharing with third parties
No data is sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
Only the platforms chosen by the user (for example TikTok) receive the content you ask to publish.
